For local pros: one fence partner per area
What is this?
This site is a free San Diego fence cost guide built from public City permit data. Homeowners read it, then ask for quotes. We send each screened request to one premium partner per trade and area, not a bidding pool. This page is for fence contractors who want to be that partner.
How it works
Screened requests
Before a request reaches you, the homeowner has confirmed they own the home, their budget fits the job, they plan to start within 6 months, and they agreed to be contacted.
Flat fee per lead
A flat price per screened lead, agreed with you up front. No percentage of the job, no contract length, no monthly minimum. Stop anytime with one email.
First few leads free
Your first few leads are free, so you can judge the quality before you pay anything.
Premium partners only
We only work with licensed, insured, well-reviewed local firms, and only one per trade and area, so every lead you get is yours alone.
Who qualifies?
- Active California license, class C-13 (Fencing), in good standing (we check the CSLB record).
- General liability and, if you have employees, workers' comp insurance.
- A strong public review record, usually 4.8 stars or better on a meaningful number of Google reviews.
- You can call a new homeowner back the same business day.
Add-on: the weekly permit list
Optional and separate from leads. Every week we pull new public City of San Diego permits and send you the ones that matter to your trade: new fence, wall and pool permits in your ZIPs. Tick the box in the form for a free sample.
